THE THINK TANK
What does the next generation need to become?

OUR FUTURE VISION
Humanity Schools was never designed to be a static curriculum or a fixed model of education. Our ambition is larger than that.
We believe the age of artificial intelligence will require something education has rarely attempted before: a living model of human development that evolves alongside the world itself.
Our next phase is the creation of the Think Tank.
Each year, a small cohort of leading thinkers, researchers, educators and practitioners will come together around a single question:
What does the next generation need to become?
Together, they will steward and evolve the Humanity Curriculum, drawing insights from across science, technology, education, psychology, philosophy, the arts and beyond to ensure it reflects the realities of the world young people are inheriting.
Our vision is to build one of the world's first living curricula for human capability in the age of artificial intelligence.
Because the defining educational question of the twenty-first century may no longer be what young people need to know.
It may be who they need to become.
THE TEN SEATS AT THE TABLE
The seats remain. The stewards evolve.
Humanity Schools has defined ten enduring seats at the table. Each represents a capability essential to human flourishing, a perspective the next generation cannot do without. The seats are permanent. The people who hold them are not.
THE ANCHOR
Presence
The ability to regulate attention, emotions and energy while remaining grounded, aware and present.
We seek expertise in
STEWARDSHIP, NOT MEMBERSHIP
An evolving cohort, by design.
Identified
We seek out people working at the frontier of their fields, whose work embodies a capability the next generation will need.
Invited
Each year, one steward is invited to hold each of the ten seats, a cohort assembled with intention, not by application.
Stewarded
They bring emerging research, new ideas and future-focused thinking into the Humanity Curriculum, continuing for as long as their contribution keeps it sharp.
This is research and development for human potential.
Because preparing young people for the future requires more than preserving what we already know.
It requires continually asking what matters next.
THE PACE OF CHANGE
The forces shaping the future are not waiting for education to catch up.
That is why the Think Tank is not a committee that meets once. It is an annual cohort, assembled to interrogate the framework and keep the curriculum current.

THE FOUNDING COHORT
We are building the first cohort now.
We are looking for people who think seriously about the future and care deeply about what young people inherit.

An evolving cohort
This is not an open call.
If you have received an invitation, it is because someone believes your voice belongs in the room.
The question facing the next generation is too important to leave to chance. And too important to leave to any single perspective.
