For most of human history, intelligence was our scarcest resource. Our schools, economies and institutions were built to develop it, measure it, reward it and put it to work.
Now, for the first time, intelligence is becoming abundant.
We will spend the rest of our lives alongside machines that can write, create, diagnose, reason and decide. Our children will spend all of theirs.
This will transform the industries we work in, the opportunities we pursue and the problems we can solve. But its deepest impact may be on how we understand ourselves.
So how do we use this new abundance wisely? How do we lead through uncertainty, raise capable children and build a future worth inheriting?
Our moral responsibility is not to stop the future, but to shape it… to channel our destiny in humane directions and to ease the trauma of transition.
